An email is sent to you with your tracking number
You receive your order!
All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Rates will vary with the method and service you select (i.e. Ground, 3-day, 2-day, & Overnight) and will be calculated at checkout. A standard order for in-stock merchandise typically processes and will be on its way in 1-3 business days. Changes to Your Order
Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. Please ensure all details on your order are correct before submitting your order, in particular we recommend double checking your email address and delivery address. Please note: we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.
Gift Wrapping Option
Sending a gift? Let us wrap it for you in our signature Lil’Pyar box and gift! Cost is $8.
Store Pick Up
We are happy to offer store pick up as a shipping option. Your items can be collected in our flagship store located at 2130 N Halstead St. Chicago IL 60614 during regular business hours. If you have additional questions please don’t hesitate to call the store at 872-808-2919.

We hope you love your Lil’Pyar purchase but if you don’t, no worries, we’ve got you covered. Just in case you change your mind we include a return shipping label in every order. We gladly accept a return of any full priced or sale item subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be returned within 14 days of purchase
- The item must be returned in its original, unused condition with the tags still attached
- Please make sure that the shipment is properly packed similar to how you received the item
Upon receipt of the items, they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will receive a refund for the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for returns to be processed. You will receive email notification of the status of your refund once finalised.
We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items.You should receive your exchange or refund within a few weeks (Excluding Shipping & Handling Fees). We regret that we cannot accept returns of personalized or sale items. Please note that all sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchange or return.
